Pear & Date Chutney

An excellent accompaniment to salty cheeses like Wensleydale and Cheshire, toasted Cheddar, ham, chicken and salmon.

Jars all ready for lids and a week’s maturing.

Ingredients: Pears (53%), sugar (17%), dates (13%), red wine vinegar (13%), olive oil (3%), coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cayenne pepper.

All the ingredients are in and the heat is rising!
